Have been reading the book but not blogging. Now want to get connected with the blog. I can relate to the diagnosis of systemic issues in the small church. I've been involved in an intervention in a small EPC Church in Central Florida recently. One of the members asked me why weren't we there trying to help them a year ago? We subsequently had to dissolve the Session, put the church on Mission Status and sell the property. After reading some of our book I can see where we didn't diagnose the systemic issues quick enough. Hindsight is always 20-20. Hopefully I can get some insight and foresight as we blog together.
