I just heard about a conference for leaders of small churches. If you'd like to spend some time with the Methodists in Arkansas March 20-24, check out the flyer at http://www.mountsequoyah.org/Mount_Sequoyah/TRAINING_CONFERENCES_files/SCLIsmall.pdf. The only one on the program I'm familiar with is Ron Crandall. His book Turnaround Strategies for the Small Church is well worth reading. If you decide to go, let us know and pass along some of what you learned.
